Returns & Refunds policy

At Aurora Bear Interiors, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Because our products are shipped directly from our partner manufacturers — including Artisan Furniture — certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, colour variation, or size/fit preferences once the item has been delivered.

This policy aligns with our supplier’s conditions and helps us maintain affordable pricing while ensuring a smooth delivery process for all customers.

2. Reporting Damages or Defects

If your order arrives damaged or with visible defects:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery.

  • Include photos (at least 4) of the damaged item and its packaging, along with your order number.

  • Send the information to: support@aurorabearinteriors.ca

We will open a claim with our supplier (Artisan Furniture) on your behalf and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Note: Visible transit damage must be reported promptly to qualify for replacement under the supplier’s terms.

3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture once production has started.

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or modified after delivery.

  • Normal wear, colour or texture variations inherent to natural materials (wood, leather, fabrics).

4. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange collection when applicable.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Legal Warranty

Regardless of our supplier’s terms, all products sold by Aurora Bear Interiors are covered by the legal warranty of quality applicable under Canadian consumer protection laws.
